What we do:
In a nutshell? We aim to make people healthier and happier!
We are here to help you face the physiological changes that come with ageing. We do this by running fun group and one-on-one fitness sessions for anyone 50+. Our classes are in the fresh air, helping to improve the mood, mobility and overall health of everyone who joins us.
Which class is right for you depends on your fitness level and health. To read about our classes and fees, please click here.
Are we right for you?
If you wish to maintain your physical independence for as long as possible, and would like to lead an active and healthy life, we are glad you found us.
Whether you are new to exercise (it's never too late to start!) or wanting to try something new to get better results, we can help. Our bodies change with time, which is why our physical activity needs require adjustments. Our classes are specifically designed to improve your strength, balance and confidence and to slow the onset of age-related conditions like osteoporosis, arthritis and many others.
