Whether you feel fit, or have been less physically active recently,
you will enjoy our group fitness classes if you:
> have no major difficulty to move about
> would like to improve your fitness, gain strength or lose a few pounds
> would like to feel healthier and happier
Your first session is free. After that, you can drop
into any of our group sessions for £9.
Private sessions are best if you:
> would like to exercise one-to-one or with just a few friends
> have medical conditions that require a tailored fitness programme
> have specific goals you'd like to reach (weight loss, training for a race etc.)
> cannot make it to our regular group sessions
The cost varies depending on timing, location and number of people - please get in touch with us to schedule a friendly chat. Private sessions can be arranged for your convenience: on the Common, other local parks or even in your own garden.
